Build a survey in the browser, send it the moment an order is delivered, and watch responses land on a live dashboard. NPS and CSAT templates are ready to use, branching logic keeps forms short, and every question works in Urdu as well as English.
Feedback Pulse is a web app for collecting structured feedback from customers and staff. You build a form from question blocks, choose who receives it and how, then read the results as they come in. Surveys can be sent manually to a list or triggered by an event, such as an order marked delivered or a support ticket closed. Responses are stored against the contact, scored where a scale is used, and exportable whenever you need the raw data elsewhere.

Start from a scored template instead of a blank page. Net Promoter and customer satisfaction questions come with the standard scales and follow-up prompts, and the dashboard calculates the score for you.
Show or skip questions based on earlier answers. A low rating can open a reason list and a comment box, while a high rating goes straight to a review request, so nobody answers irrelevant questions.
Fire a survey from an event rather than a schedule. A delivered order, a closed ticket or a completed service visit can send the form by SMS, WhatsApp or email after a delay you set.
Live charts per question, score trends over time, and filters by date, channel, branch or campaign.
Publish the same survey in English and Urdu, with right-to-left rendering handled in the form.
Download raw responses as CSV or push them to Google Sheets on a schedule for your own analysis.
Give branch or department managers a view limited to their own responses, with admin control over survey editing.
Surveys are most useful when they fire off real events and the answers land where your team already works. Connect your store for delivery triggers, your messaging channels for distribution, and a spreadsheet or webhook for the raw data.
Plans scale on completed responses per month. SMS and WhatsApp distribution is charged separately per message.

They get a link by SMS, WhatsApp or email, depending on the channel you choose for that survey. The link opens a mobile web form, so there is no app to install. You can also embed the form on a page, share a QR code for in-store use, or send the same survey through more than one channel.
Yes. Question text, answer options and thank-you screens can all be written in Urdu, and the form renders right to left. You can publish one survey with both English and Urdu versions and let the respondent choose. Note that Urdu SMS is sent as Unicode, which uses more message segments.
A response is counted when a respondent submits the form. Partial answers that are abandoned before submission are stored for your reference but are billed according to the terms of your plan. Confirm how partials are treated on your specific plan before you estimate monthly volume.
Yes. Every response set exports to CSV, and Pro plans and above can push responses to a Google Sheet on a schedule or to your own endpoint by webhook. That means you can keep using your existing reporting stack while Feedback Pulse handles collection and distribution.
Yes. Turn off contact capture and the survey stores answers without identifying the respondent, which suits employee pulse surveys and open feedback. Where you do capture contact details, tell respondents what you will do with them and keep your own privacy notice up to date.
Tell us what you want to measure and we will set up your first survey and triggers.
