Cloud Migration
Lift, refactor or rebuild from shared hosting or on-premise servers onto AWS or Azure, with a rehearsed cutover, rollback plan and no unannounced DNS changes.
Cloud Services
Hosting, migration and managed infrastructure for storefronts, headless front ends and the apps around them. We size for the traffic spike, not the Tuesday average, then prove it with load tests before your campaign email goes out.
Shopify hosts the storefront, but that is rarely the whole estate. There is a headless front end, a middleware service talking to your ERP, a dealer portal, an image pipeline, a staging environment and a database somewhere holding order history. We design, migrate and run that infrastructure, and we make sure the parts you do control do not become the reason checkout stalls on sale day.
Lift, refactor or rebuild from shared hosting or on-premise servers onto AWS or Azure, with a rehearsed cutover, rollback plan and no unannounced DNS changes.
Provisioned, patched and monitored environments for WooCommerce, Laravel and Node services, with staging that mirrors production instead of drifting away from it.
Cloudflare in front of everything: caching rules, image resizing, bot management, WAF policies and rate limits tuned so real buyers pass and scrapers do not.
Load testing against realistic checkout journeys, autoscaling policies, queue capacity, cache warming and a written runbook naming who does what during an incident.
Automated encrypted backups with tested restores, defined recovery point and recovery time objectives, and offsite copies in a second region.
Uptime checks, synthetic checkout transactions, error tracking, log aggregation and alert routing to a human, with monthly reporting on availability and response times.
Step 1 — Estate AuditWe inventory every server, domain, certificate, database and third-party service, including the ones nobody remembers owning, and record what depends on what.
Step 2 — Target ArchitectureWe design the destination: regions, networking, scaling policy, caching layers, secrets management and cost estimate, then agree it before anything moves.
Step 3 — Migrate in RehearsalWe build the new environment with infrastructure as code, run a full dress rehearsal against copied data, and only cut over once the rehearsal is clean.
Step 4 — Operate and TuneMonitoring, patching, quarterly load tests before peak seasons, and a monthly cost review that removes the resources nobody is using any more.
Shopify covers the storefront and checkout. You still need hosting for custom apps, integration middleware, dealer portals, image pipelines and any headless front end. Those are the pieces that fail during a sale, because Shopify's infrastructure scales and yours may not.
Load test at two to three times expected peak using realistic journeys, verify autoscaling triggers, warm caches, freeze non-essential deployments, raise API rate limit headroom where possible, and publish a runbook with named owners and escalation numbers.
Yes, where the regulation or contract requires it. In practice most merchants get better performance from a nearby AWS or Azure region combined with Cloudflare edge caching. We assess residency obligations first, then recommend rather than assume.
You do. We provision under your AWS or Azure organisation, with your billing and root credentials, and we operate through scoped access roles. If our engagement ends, the infrastructure and its Terraform definitions stay with you.
