Press to confirm
A keypad response is unambiguous. Press 1 confirms the order, press 2 cancels it, and anything else is logged as no clear response for manual review.
Call every cash on delivery order before it leaves your warehouse. The buyer presses 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, and Shopify gets tagged with the outcome. No agent time, no guesswork.
When a cash on delivery order comes in, AutoDial Confirm places an automated voice call to the buyer's number. A recorded prompt reads the order number and total, then asks them to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. The response is written back to the order as a tag. Unanswered calls are retried on a schedule you set. Your dispatch team then packs only the orders that were actually confirmed, instead of shipping everything and absorbing the returns.

Record prompts in either language, or offer a language choice at the start of the call. Regional recordings can be loaded as additional prompt sets.
Set how many attempts a no-answer gets and how long to wait between them. Calls can be restricted to sensible hours so you are not dialling at midnight.
Every outcome writes a tag such as cod-confirmed, cod-cancelled or cod-noanswer, so your fulfilment view and Shopify Flow rules can act on it.
Each attempt is logged with timestamp, duration, keypress and outcome. Recordings are retained for review when a customer disputes a confirmation.
Compare return to origin rates for confirmed orders against unconfirmed ones, so you can see what the verification step is actually saving you.
Install the app and set the rules that decide which orders get called, usually all cash on delivery orders above a value.
Upload or record your voice prompts in Urdu, English or both, and set retry counts and calling hours.
New orders enter the call queue automatically and dial out within your chosen delay window.
Outcomes tag the order in Shopify. Your team packs confirmed orders and reviews the rest.
Every refused parcel costs you two courier legs and repacking labour. Cancelling before dispatch turns that loss into an unshipped order.
Manual confirmation calling ties up staff all morning. Automation handles the routine confirmations and leaves humans only the ambiguous cases.
Fewer failed deliveries improves your delivery success rate with TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx or Trax, which strengthens your position on rate negotiations.
A ringing phone gets attention that a WhatsApp message sometimes does not, particularly with older buyers and first-time customers.

[PRICE] per month. High volume dialling, multi-store support and call recordings retained for extended review periods.
The order goes back into the queue and is retried according to your schedule. Once attempts are exhausted, it is tagged as no answer and left for a human to chase. Many merchants pair that queue with a WhatsApp follow-up rather than cancelling outright.
The app reads orders and writes tags through the Admin API, which is available on standard Shopify plans as well as Plus. Checkout-level changes are not required, so no theme or checkout modification is involved.
WhatsApp Order Confirm uses interactive buttons in a chat thread. AutoDial Confirm uses a phone call. Voice reaches buyers who do not use WhatsApp or ignore unknown senders, so a common setup is to message first and call the non-responders.
Yes. Rules can restrict calling to cash on delivery orders, to orders above a value threshold, to specific cities, or to customers without a prior successful delivery. Prepaid orders are usually excluded because payment has already cleared.
We will set up the call flow, record the prompts and tune the retry rules with you.
