Auto-dial on order
A call is queued as soon as an order reaches the status you choose, with an optional delay so customers are not called the second they check out.
WordPress Plugin
Call every cash on delivery order automatically before you ship it. The customer presses 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, the order is tagged with the outcome, and unanswered numbers get retried on your schedule.
ProEcom Robo IVR is a WooCommerce plugin that places automated verification calls on cash on delivery orders. When an order is placed, the plugin queues a call through your voice account. The customer hears a short recorded message with the order details and answers with the keypad. The result writes back to the order as a tag, so your packing team ships confirmed orders and holds the rest. Every attempt is recorded in a call log inside WordPress.

Press 1 to confirm the order, press 2 to cancel. The recorded prompt can include the order number and total, and can be recorded in Urdu or English.
Set how many times an unanswered or busy number is redialled and how long to wait between attempts, with a cut-off after the final try.
Orders are tagged confirmed, cancelled, no answer or invalid number, so you can filter the order list and act on each group differently.
Every attempt appears in WordPress with the timestamp, duration, keypad response and final outcome, filterable by date and by result.
Compare return rates between verified and unverified orders over any date range, so you can measure whether verification is actually paying for itself.
Download the plugin ZIP, then in WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin and activate it.
Paste your voice API credentials into the plugin settings and save, then confirm the connection test passes.
Upload your recorded prompt or enter the text-to-speech script, and set the caller ID that customers will see.
Choose the trigger status, the delay before the first call, the retry count and the gap between attempts.
Place a test cash on delivery order to your own number, press a key, and confirm the tag and call log entry appear.
The order is marked no answer and requeued according to your retry settings. Once the final attempt passes without a response, the order keeps the no answer tag and sits in a filtered list for your team to call manually or cancel. It is never confirmed automatically.
Yes. Upload your own recording in Urdu, English or both, or use a text-to-speech script if your voice account supports the language. Most stores record a short bilingual prompt so the keypad instruction is clear to every customer regardless of preference.
It can, but the usual setup limits calls to cash on delivery orders since those carry the return risk. You choose which payment methods and which order statuses trigger a call, so you can include prepaid orders above a certain value if that suits your business.
Calls are billed by your voice account at your per-minute outbound rate, separately from the plugin itself. Verification calls are short, but retries add up on unanswered orders. Model the cost against your current return rate before enabling it across all orders.
We will provision the voice account, record the prompt and tune retry rules with your team.
