Event-based triggers
Six order stages, each with an independent switch and template. Turn on only the ones you want. A store doing same-day delivery may skip the shipped message entirely.
Your customers already live on WhatsApp. WhatsFlow Notify sends them an order update there at every stage, from placed to delivered, using approved templates and your own WhatsApp Business number.
WhatsFlow Notify listens to order events in your Shopify store and sends a matching WhatsApp message to the buyer. Order placed, order confirmed, shipped with a tracking link, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled and refunded each get their own template. You write the templates once, insert merge tags for name, order number, total and tracking, and pick which events are live. Messages go out through the WhatsApp Business API on your verified business number, so the sender shows your store name.

Draft, edit and version your message templates inside Shopify admin, then submit them for WhatsApp approval from the same screen. Approval status is shown per template.
Pull customer first name, order number, item count, order total, courier name, tracking number and tracking URL directly into the message body. No manual copy and paste.
See sent, delivered and read receipts for every message, plus failures with the reason code. Filter the log by order, phone number or date range.
Customers who reply STOP are recorded on a suppression list and skipped on all future sends. The list is visible in admin and exportable.
Pakistani and GCC numbers get normalised to E.164 before sending, so 0300 and +92 300 formats both reach the same handset instead of failing silently.
Install the app and connect your WhatsApp Business API number, or let our team provision one for you.
Choose which order events should message the buyer and edit the template text for each one.
Submit templates for approval, then send a test order to your own number end to end.
Go live. Every matching order event now triggers a message, logged with its delivery receipt.
Most inbound questions are some version of "where is my order". Answering before the customer asks takes that volume off your team.
WhatsApp is the default channel for most Pakistani buyers. A message there gets opened; a shipping email often does not get seen at all.
A buyer who has been told the rider is coming is more likely to be reachable at the door, which reduces failed attempts and return to origin cost.
A delivered message with your store name in the sender field keeps the conversation open, so your next launch lands in an existing thread.

Yes. WhatsFlow Notify sends through the official API, not the WhatsApp Business phone app, because only the API supports automated sending at volume without the account being flagged. If you do not have one, our team can take you through business verification and number provisioning.
A number can only sit on one WhatsApp product at a time. A number on the WhatsApp Business app must be migrated to the API, which removes it from the app. Many merchants keep the old number for manual chat and register a second for automated sends.
No. WhatsFlow Notify is one-way status messaging. WhatsApp Order Confirm is a two-way flow with Confirm and Cancel buttons that verifies a cash on delivery order before you dispatch it. Plenty of stores run both.
Meta bills per conversation, and the rate depends on the category and the destination country. Those charges sit on your WhatsApp Business account, separate from the app subscription. We will walk you through the current rate card for Pakistan and the GCC before you commit.
We handle the API onboarding, template approval and Shopify setup with you.
